Is this a Bluetooth or 2.4G USB wireless connection?
—This is both 2.4G USB Wireless and Bluetooth connection. You can also use USB receiver to plug and play or Bluetooth.
Where is the USB receiver?
—The USB receiver can be found in the mouse storage compartment. Remove the mouse bottom cover to get it.
Stop working, buttons do not work correctly.
—Verify the receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender and switch.
—Verify USB 3.0 peripheral device is not plugged in at the same side with USB Receiver.
—Re-pair the products to your device. Reboot your device.
—Try a different USB port or computer.
